Tree TalkThe Florida Times-Union TREE TALK: People who can't get enough of City Hall's tree wars have someplace to hang out together. The Jacksonville Community Council Inc. will have a Five O'clock Forum Monday to talk about how much tree protection laws will cost -- and benefit -- homeowners. Topics include both the City Council-approved tree law and the stronger protection that citizen activists want to place on the ballot for a November referendum. The forum, at 5 p.m., will be at the JCCI offices, 2434 Atlantic Blvd. |
